Mr Pernell went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, even suggesting the hot chocolate, while Amber graciously allowed me extra time to vacate my room. The small meals offered were a nice touch, although the lobby could benefit from more seating. I appreciate the warmth and kindness of the attendants which made my stay feel like home.
